UK Government Team Visits DG NADDC To Support EVs In Nigeria.

The UK Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions (UK PACT) team visited the Director General/CEO of NADDC Mr. Jelani Aliyu, MFR, on a mission to Nigeria to engage with stakeholders working towards Nigeria’s Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), Climate Change Act, and Energy Transition Plan implementation.

NADDC is Championing the development and utilization of carbonless Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Autogas programme in Nigeria. These projects are of interest to UK PACT Team and hence their visit to the NADDC as part of their stakeholders consultative mission to the country.

Members of the team are:
Joseph Tyrrell, Senior UK International Climate Finance Adviser, Abdulmutalib Yussuff, UK PACT Programme Lead, and Simona Majernikova, UK PACT Skillshare Lead.
