NADDC and ISMN Join Partner to Propel Growth and Development

The Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN) Chartered, paid a courtesy visit to the Director General, National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) at the Councils headquarters in Abuja. Led by ISMN President Mr. Alex Ndudi Enebelu, the team met with NADDC Director-General Mr. Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin to strengthen their partnership and drive growth and development.

Mr. Alex Ndudi Enebelu emphasized the importance of the partnership, highlighting its potential to enhance capacity building, governance, innovation, and strategic growth. He noted that strategic management and leadership add value to organizations, and also crucial for achieving organisational goals.

Responding Mr. Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin, DG (NADDC), expressed Council’s readiness to engage meaningfully with ISMN to boost the capacity of NADDC workforce in order to facilitate the achievement of Council’s mandates. He stressed that strategic management involves strategic thinking, planning, and implementation. He emphasized the importance of strategic management in achieving aligned goals, particularly for NADDC’s role as a regulator managing both public and private sectors

He also acknowledged the vital role ISMNC plays in entrepreneurship, capacity building, governance, and innovation.Both organizations agreed on a strategic partnership to further propel growth and development, driving innovation and excellence in Nigeria’s automotive industry.”
